The RHONDDA TUNNEL SOCIETY is holding its first AGM at 6.30pm on Wednesday the 30th of November at the Parc and Dare Theatre, Station Rd, Treorchy CF42 6NL
The Rhondda Tunnel Society is looking for people with drive and enthusiasm who wish to become trustees to take the charity forward.
The trustees meet at least 8 times a year, with extra sub group meetings when needed, for Trustees to work on future plans and events.
The Charity Commission states that the Board of Trustees is responsible for “controlling the management and administration of the charity.” This includes setting and approving all policies and monitoring work methods, progress and expenditure to ensure that Rhondda Tunnel Society runs according to the terms of its constitution and according to Charity Law.

All Trustee nomination and Proposal or Resolutions must be received either at the above email address or postal address no later than Thursday the 10th of November2016. A Proposal or resolution may only properly be proposed if it is lawful, and is not defamatory, frivolous or vexatious.
